Home-based physical therapy is NOT the same as home healthcare. The Rebound Group is an outpatient physical therapy company (PT-owned) that essentially makes house calls.

Our services are perfect for many different people and for many different reasons. Our clients include active and independent adults, post-surgical patients and anyone that wants exceptional one-on-one physical therapy care in the comfort of their own home. Also, patients that no longer qualify for home care services under Medicare part A may advance to our in-home physical therapy program. This will ensure that you are not denied further progress and the care that you deserve.

I’m getting surgery and don’t want to stay at a sub-acute rehabilitation facility. I also can’t get to the outpatient clinic right away. Can I use The Rebound Group instead?2021-10-28T15:50:03+00:00

Absolutely! Upon your discharge from the hospital or surgical center, we can initiate your therapy right away according to your doctor’s orders. We’ve learned that patients who initiate our services immediately after surgery experience better overall outcomes. We can get you the treatment you need right away and even ensure a smooth transition to the outpatient clinic to streamline your care.

Sure. Preoperative physical therapy is a great way to build strength, reduce pain, and gain the crucial knowledge of postoperative tasks such as protective measures, using stairs, walking, transfers and safe home exercises. Many patients feel that treatment BEFORE surgery better prepares them for the surgical and postoperative process. After 20+ years of seeing patients, we agree!

That’s easy. Just call us at 201.345.7044 or fill out our online contact form. We will then gather some information and verify your insurance benefits. Although it is not required for an initial evaluation, a prescription from your doctor would be beneficial. Upon the completion of our evaluation, we will send a plan to your doctor and work closely with him/her throughout your treatment.

We are a fully-licensed Medicare provider and accept most other private insurance plans. We will immediately verify your insurance coverage and discuss this with you prior to any physical therapy session.

Yes. Home healthcare agencies operate differently than The Rebound Group with regard to insurance and the scope of treatment. If your continued physical therapy is medically necessary, you can definitely utilize our services.

No problem at all. We offer very competitive self-pay options to satisfy any rehabilitation need that you may have. These prices are determined on a case by case basis. So feel free to contact us about these options.
